Once you submit your order, it will be shipped the next business day and it will take 1-3 business days to reach destinations throughout Greece via ELTA or ACS COURIER .

CHANGE CONDITIONS:

You can make a change within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.

All returned products must be unused and accompanied by all tags, packaging and, if applicable, the original documents and accessories with which they were purchased. As all products go through quality control just before shipping, please understand that any returned products with defects (frame or lens damage) or signs of use (make-up stains) will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer with of expenses as they are considered used. If the User does not follow the above instructions, EXPOSURE-SUNGLASSES reserves the right to reject the change request.

Note : Send the return with the Recipient's fee (ie EXPOSURE-SUNGLASSES) if you choose to send the return with ELTA Courier , while with the Sender's fee if you use any other courier company .

As soon as we receive the product intended for exchange, a gift card of the same value as the product you returned will be sent to your email. The gift card has no expiry date. From the gift card that will be sent to you, €2.00 will be deducted (transportation costs of the change), if you have sent the change with a recipient charge. Then make another purchase from exposure - sunglasses . gr and when completing your purchase, enter the gift card code in the "Gift Card" field, click the "Apply" button and complete your purchase.

MONEY RETURN:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please ensure that the returned product is in its original condition, including any tags. You can return your product within 14 working days from the date of receipt by contacting the courier company of your choice. The transport costs in the case of a refund are entirely borne by you and you can choose any courier you wish for your return (the parcel must arrive registered at Exposure Sunglasses, VIPE 9A, Heraklion Crete, 71601, Greece).

The case
The outer box
The retail receipt

If you have used Cash on Delivery as a payment method, €1.50 will be deducted from the order amount and if you have ordered with Free Shipping, €5.00 will be deducted from the order amount. Please fill in your Bank details in the form here and the money will be credited to your account within 14 working days, based on European Law.

In the event of a defective product, we can replace it at no additional charge, provided you send the product back to us and we inspect it for any manufacturing defect. REPLACEMENT : The company offers free replacement in case of defective product .
