10. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACTS WITH OUR ELECTRONIC STORE

In order to carry out transactions, the registration of the visitor/user is not required, however, if the latter wishes, he can declare his details and obtain a username and security code, so that he does not have to declare his details in every future transaction.

Through the website of our Store, the customer can send his order by completing the order form. The customer's order is considered as a proposal to draw up a contract, for the acceptance of which the Store must carry out an availability check. Further, after the product has been shipped from our Store to the customer, the acceptance and completion of the contract is confirmed. Updates on the status of the order are sent to the customer's email address.

Before sending the order, the user takes into account the following:

a) the main characteristics of the goods ordered,

b) the details of the Store, which are mentioned above,

c) the geographical address where the Store is located, its telephone number and its e-mail address, so that the consumer can contact the Store quickly and efficiently

d) the total price of the goods or services, including VAT. and any other fees as well as any additional shipping, delivery or postal charges, where applicable,

e) that the consumer does not incur costs for using the internet,

f) the arrangements for payment, delivery, execution, the deadline within which the supplier undertakes to deliver the goods

g) that the user who enters into a contract with the Store has a right of withdrawal, in accordance with what is stated below.

h) that the Store is liable for actual defects and lack of agreed properties in accordance with articles 534 et seq. of the Civil Code as well as that it provides further commercial guarantee and user support services after the sale, in accordance with the conditions mentioned below,

In the event that our Store offers product offers, these are valid until stocks last.

Our Store is not liable to compensate the customer, in the event that due to a technical or other error, the products and their prices are not correctly updated, especially if the prices are either particularly low or particularly high. In such a case, the customer should contact the Store by email.

11. PAYMENT

Issuance of tax information for transactions through the EXPOSURE SUNGLASSES store is done either with a retail sales receipt delivered to the customer upon delivery of the product, or with an invoice, in the case that it is pretentious.

All listed prices include VAT.

In the event that a customer's credit card has been fraudulently used, this charge may be cancelled, following a relevant request from the customer to the Bank that has issued the credit card. This liability only covers cases where the unauthorized/fraudulent use of your credit card for orders is not due to your fault or negligence. For this reason, you have an obligation as soon as you become aware of the loss of your credit card to notify the issuing Bank, so that it can be canceled and its use by unauthorized persons blocked.

12. SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS

The products ordered by the customer are sent to the address indicated by the customer when filling out the order form.

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the order, the shipping method and the shipping country. Exact shipping costs are automatically displayed in the shopping cart.

Our Store ships the goods within three days if all items in the basket are immediately available, while if products with a specific delivery time are included (e.g. available in 10 days), then the entire order is shipped within three days from the date of immediate availability of the product with the longest delivery time.

The maximum delivery period cannot be longer than 30 days.

Of course, it is noted that the Store is not responsible for delays in the execution of the order that are not due to its fault or due to force majeure, i.e. to incidents that could not be foreseen.

Ownership of the products is transferred from the Store to the buyer, only after full payment of the price. The customer shall bear the risk of loss or damage to the goods when the goods are delivered to the carrier.

13. WARRANTIES

In the cases of liability of our Store for a real defect or for lack of agreed quality, the buyer is entitled at his option: 1. to demand, without charge, the repair or replacement of the product with another one, unless such an action is impossible or requires disproportionate costs, 2. reduce the price or 3. withdraw from the contract, unless it is an immaterial actual defect. The property is contracted when it has been agreed in writing. These customer rights, according to the law, expire after two years.

The Store provides a commercial guarantee, which includes a completely free replacement of products with a manufacturing defect. However, damages from mishandling, force majeure and other factors are not included here. The customer bears the cost of shipping the product to and from the place of repair. The warranty does not apply when the product has been repaired by an unauthorized technician, outside of the Store or its partners, or when the customer has removed the product packaging.

14. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Law 2251/1994, as applicable. In particular, he may within a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the goods withdraw from the contract he entered into with the Store, returning all the products by means of transport of his choice and at his own expense, without any unjustified delay within 14 calendar days from day of declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

For this purpose, the customer must fill in the withdrawal form available in the package.

In this case, our Store returns the money within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, using the same means of money transfer as the original transaction, except in cases of cash on delivery where the money is returned by deposit to a bank account indicated by the customer . However, any additional delivery costs such as cash on delivery are not refunded, only the basic minimum shipping costs.

The customer's liability is limited to the reduction in the value of the goods for use, which was not necessary to determine the characteristics, function, and nature of the product, while the condition of the product must allow its resale without any repair. Likewise, the condition of the packaging must be such, without tears or damage, that it can be reused. Once the packaging is removed, the product cannot be returned.

Any additional gift given with the product must also be returned or its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

For anything not mentioned above, the current provisions of Law 2251/1994 on withdrawal apply.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND OTHER TERMS

This user agreement is governed by the provisions of Greek and International Law, as well as the directives and regulations of European Law. It is interpreted based on the rules of good faith and commercial ethics. In the event that any provision is deemed contrary to the law and therefore invalid or voidable, it automatically ceases to be valid, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms. Competent courts for any arising disputes arising from this are the Courts of Heraklion, Crete.
